Caryn Lin is an electric violinist and composer who performs her own original compositions using electric violin, sound effects made for electric guitar, live looping, and her own recorded tracks.
The result is melody-driven immersive music that audiences often describe as mesmerizing, otherworldly, calming, transformational, and healing.
Like light traveling through a prism, each melody unfolds into an entirely different world.
Sound Healing Concerts & Immersive Healing Sound Journeys
Caryn offers a distinctly melodic and musical approach to sound healing. Rather than following a traditional sound bath format, her experiences are rooted in original compositions and the expressive voice of the electric violin.
Some pieces are spacious and deeply meditative, while others have more rhythmic movement and momentum. Together they create an immersive musical journey that invites deep listening, imagination, stillness, and peace.
These experiences are a natural fit for spas, wellness centers, retreats, yoga and meditation spaces, hospitals, and other healing environments. They can stand on their own or be incorporated into yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, massage, mindfulness, and other wellness experiences.

An Immersive Musical Journey
Caryn brings her original music to senior living and rehabilitation communities through An Immersive Musical Journey, a live program generally presented as a 60–75 minute experience.
Performing on electric violin with sound effects, live looping, and her own recorded tracks, Caryn creates melody-driven music that audiences often describe as mesmerizing, otherworldly, calming, and uplifting.
Rather than a traditional concert of familiar songs, An Immersive Musical Journey invites residents into the worlds created through Caryn’s original music—to listen, imagine, relax, and simply experience where the music takes them.
Caryn has brought her music to residents and participants at Daylesford Crossing, Peter Becker Community, Harborview Rehab & Care, The Bridges at Warwick, Atria Center City, Eagleview Landing, and Gaudenzia.

Throughout her career, Caryn has performed in an extraordinary variety of settings, including Lincoln Center in New York City, the Franklin Institute’s Fels Planetarium, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Kimmel Center, the Crayola Crayon Factory, and a Carthusian monastery in the French Alps.
